The Exhibit Hall Sponsorship includes the following:

• One table in the exhibit hall with priority placement

• Logo printed in the program, on all conference signage and t-shirt

• Logo and link on conference website

• Logo on slide with thank you in keynote and speaker room presentations

• May provide flyer/offers/promos to be placed in all attendee tote bags

• Sponsor may provide one 2 ft by 8 ft free standing sign to be placed on the main stage
  (must be approved by El Paso Homeschool Association)

• The Exhibit Hall is named “Your Company Exhibit Hall”

• Company name is used every time the Exhibit Hall is mentioned on our website, social media, program and posters (see audience details to the right)

• Logo appears at the top of the vendor listing

• TWO EXTRA (THREE TOTAL) tables in the exhibit hall with priority placement

• 2 sponsored posts on Facebook / Instagram (see audience details to the right)
